The main problem I see in this image and in the rest of yours I've seen so far is that you have inconsistent perspective throughout the whole illustration. This is a common problem beginners have.
This illustration is a collage of body parts that you know how to draw from certain points of view and when you put them together they simply don't match.
You should really consider going back to basics in terms of perspective and construction. Stop drawing stuff from memory like you think it should look like and start constructing your with fundamental shapes, that work as a whole, not as separate entities.

I made a quick paintover to point out what I'm talking about.
And the problem is not only the guy being made out of two guys in different perspectives. There are a lot of similar inconsistencies throughout the whole illustration.

Don't take it too badly. We were all beginners once. Practice makes wonders, but you will improve a lot more if you understand the principles behind perspective and construction.
Right now you are still at a point where you need to think what you are doing since you don't have the visual library that comes with time. All that I'm saying may sound too academic or pretentious, but, belive me, thinking (and building) about what you are drawing by constructing it will a) improve your overall skills but most importantly will make you improve a lot faster than your current hit and miss approach you are using. I am sure you do preliminary work on your illustrations, as I've seen construction/perspective lines in your previous pieces, but you tend to be too impatient and try to finish them by adding musculature and expressiveness even before the fundamental drawing is ready to be taken to the next level.
Fundamentals are crucial. Don't skip this part of your learning process, you'll just ruin your chances of becoming REALLY a good illustrator.

The arms are alright, but you could push the detail of the muscles a bit more. Part of the appeal of muscles is the definition. Same with the back, You sort of just drew some lumps where the muscle meets the Sacrum. Find a good reference to back muscles and embellish those a bit.

Also, the waist is a little close to the torso, that may be a stylistic choice but that's more room ofr more muscular definition.

Of course muscle by muscle will help, but it might help to have a basic idea before hand

Just try and observe body parts in porn or irl to look for patterns- like how the thigh twists inward a little while the leg bows out a little, the proportions- the more you look, the more you notice, the more you'll retain. You'll also be able to see what looks right compared to what's wrong, since you've seen it so much.

Maybe I didn't express myself clearly enough. The pillow has some volume where the palm or the side of the hand (your version of the bending) lays on it. If you can bend the finger like that then, the hand lays on the side of the palm and the pillow should have a deeper fold under the hand. But if the palm is laying flat on the pillow (which seems more natural to me), there is no way to bend the finger like that.
