Proportions are dicked, eyes way too big, nose isn't the right size or in perspective, huge case of symbol drawing. Basically it's garbage. To get on the path of degarbigification Fill a sketchbook with life of photo drawings as well as head perspective practice from memory and read more Loomis, and drawing on the right side of the brain. This is going to be the best way to grasp portraiture and some of the fundementals
