It has all the technical mastery that /ic/ gets such a boner over but it's just a boring work overall. Like it's meant to be a concept piece for a client so it makes sense why it's supposed to be boring but the fact still remains.

Personally I get why it's used as a "post your work" retailiation but at the same time I get why people even start that shit at the first place. Half the time you get a bunch of butthurt fags trying to talk down critics. On the other half you have retards spouting ten kinds of bullshit and the best way to get them to shut up is to put them on the spot, either by getting them to post their work or by trying to get them to explain shit.
