How many of you motherfuckers are into fitness or sports and does it help you in your art?

feel like I should do a thing to stay on top of my freelancing game, also maybe fitness will fix my shit posture but fuck me.

Any thoughts?
I've never been into sports, what is this like for you? Do you have enough energy/motivation to keep deadlines? To keep a schedule?

How do you stay on top of your business?

Being active/having some fitness will always help you, regardless of whether it's art or not. It keeps you less lazy and more energetic, overall healthier, etc.

I ride my bike an hour a day, seven times a week assuming it doesn't rain a lot/snow.

Continuing on what the anon before me said, getting fit improves everything you do. Mainly because you get a big confidence boost and learn how to endure a bit more in that aspect of your life. It bleeds over into everything.

You'll have more energy, more drive, and a better understanding of how a body in motion works. So, yeah, I'd recommend doing fitness. I tend to enjoy doing my exercises for art a lot more if I just got out of the shower after a good workout. To stay on top of my business, I really just wake up early for the workout, then I have energy to spare for the rest of the day.

I lift 4 times a week and do cardio between.

How do you guys that lift 3 or 4 times a week manage to avoid tendinitis in your arm?

Weightlifting drains me, and if I come home from the gym in the morning I definitely eon't be able to go draw or paint for another 8 hours, or even the next day my forearm will be in pain if I go too long.

Second this question
Doesn't stronger muscles mean you're less likely to develop problems like that?
