I think the reason mods are so tough on pone posters and furry in general is because you guys push against the rules so vehemently. Everyone else more or less accepts that you don't post /y/ on /u/, you don't post porn on blue boards, etc. There are some slight bends in the rules that most people use without abusing. ...and I got a 72 hour ban on a NSFW art board for an illustrated picture of a smiling horse. You can probably see why I'm a bit annoyed. I think the pose is fine but there are things you can do to make it look more convincingly 3D.
Some of the things I did was angle the forearm and hand towards the viewer/
I overlapped her legs.
I showed her hair falling onto the ground and forming to the shape of it. Also it hangs around her face in a more convincing way.

also the boobies... I turned the torso more to emphasize them hanging towards the ground. Boobs are just fat sacks. You see anime all the time make them giggling messes, try to imagine a giggling mass hanging towards the ground, that's boobies.

I hope it helps, the redline isn't perfect but I hope it helps.

I think my advice still stands, and if you don't want to redraw this picture just consider what I said when you move on to the next.
Try to make your 2d images look as 3d as possible and figure out ways to do it.
It'll help you better understand form and perspective

plus, a lot of artists don't do this. It looks more impressive and "alive" if your picture looks more like a human and less like a sticker.

Oh and I forgot to mention before don't forget the details in the ears. For elf ears... imagine a human ear but stretched out.

Personally I would demand a little better looking hand for that drawing.

I personally don't like Persons, I don't really like the way he does faces and anatomy, the interracial aspect doesn't bother me. I don't know, there's something about slightly off looking stylized anatomy that I like if it's slanted towards anime style, but not any other style.
