I need some help learning fundamentals of anatomy. I can do faces no problem, but bodies are an issue, and it severely limits my options. Even though this is something I only do for fun, I'd like to get better at it. Anyone mind telling me how they learned, or what their process is? Also, do those poseable mannequins actually help?

you cant do faces either. youve never just sat down and actually practiced by the look of it. looking at books and watching youtube videos isnt practicing.

Up until now, I've just drawn anything that amused me. But it's gotten to a point where I can't cover up my lacking technical practice anymore. I need some rules and guidelines to follow.
