You need to go back in and completely redo the ear. Just, pay more attention to what you're doing, because that thing is monstrous.

The eyes are very poorly done as well, you really just need to improve your observational skills. There's still quite a bit of symbol drawing showing through here. I'm not going to tackle anything else with this, as really it comes down to you just plain not observing correctly.
