Bigger guy's left upper arm is a bit short. In that position the shoulder/clavicle should be being pushed up by the ground as well. If it is foreshortened at a forward angle, the pec/shoulder muscles wrapping should probably be a bit more extreme (think of it wrapping around a cylinder).

As for sexiness, personally I love legs. Their anatomy in the drawing shows mostly guessing, so taking a little break to look at a quick tutorial or reference couldn't hurt.

Like your style, simplistic and the colours look nice n soft, great for this style. I'd say you might be in need of moar fundamentals and gesture drawings though considering a few points - arms are very long compared to his torso which seems too short (his ass should be lower and not as prominent since we're mostly looking at him from a frontal view (if you look at his torso/face) but the other half of his body seems to be from a different angle without any change in the figure such as fat folds or definition to portray this).
Also need to work on lighting (currently it's making him look very flat) and add some details to points of interest, like his cock and balls for example.

I was trying to use multiple vanishing points for different objects. For example, vanishing points A sets up the wall while B sets up the futon. The previous futon was just there.
I also did 1-point grid but omitted it here because it look too cluttered. The vanishing points are separated at the distance of the big circle's diameter. Is that how it's suppose to work?
And yes, I will admit that I did the guidelines after the drawing.

I like it. Only issues really are the top guy's head seems to attach a bit weirdly and the pit of the neck doesn't really work like that. The collarbones protrude further than the sternum and the edges of the hollow are partially defined by the sternocleidomastoid - which pull down to the sternum - so the bottom of the hollow shouldn't be quite so defined.

I recommend experimenting with thicker lines, especially for the silhoutte of the character. There should be an outline selection, if you want to try that. You use magic wand or lasso, select your character completely, and select Outline Selection to create a border. (This would be the Stroke option in Photoshop.)

You should play with the hair some more when you're sketching. The lower half of her hair is messy, with strands crossing over and bunching up. But the hair directly on her head is very smooth and clean. I recommend making that part of the hair slightly messy as well, just show a very strands that overlap or splinter off. You can try making a copy, going absolutely overboard on that second one, and then do a third copy and find a good middle ground between the two versions.

I used three different brushes in MangaStudio (two standard, one I made). I couldn't decide which fit the best. Sometimes it thins too much, or doesn't flow naturally as I draw, varies too drastically in thickness...

Also, the whole stomach region looks a bit odd. I get that you wanted a more muscular girl, but it looks very out of place. It has too many lines compared to the other parts of her body. Maybe the word I'm looking for is "busy looking"

Maybe touch up the facial proportions a little, her mouth and nose are a taaad bit close to eachother.

Work on having more variations of tone and shading. There is some nice shading in there, but it doesn't really look too much darker than the rest of her skin. In real life, when the sun is not shining on something, it looks almost black.

My lines are actually a little too textured & transparent around the edges, since I use the pen tool on 78% opacity or so. My process consists a bit too heavily on the act of drawing, erasing and drawing bits again - some areas become nicely defined and others are left without enough attention.
Then I just tweak the contrast later if the lines end up being too light all around.
There should be some nice lineart tutorials that you could look up, though. Using the stabilizer for long, preferably smooth lines also helps plenty.

Are you mixing up your line weight? Honestly your approach here with the light lines is closer to manga, but if you're wanting that heavy-flowy inked look, make your lines thicker at the contours that are more defined by shadow (so places in her crotch would have thicker lines than her hair, for example.)

Line weight is definitely something that I need to work on more. I don't have a good grasp on what size and type of brush to use when I'm doing my linework, either. Is there a sort of guideline about that kind of thing? Thin lines give me headaches too. I used to do line art with relatively thick transparent brushes because it's much easier. Anytime I tried using super thin lines I failed miserably so instead I started gradually decreasing my line thickness over time. Slowly getting better at it.
