Does this perspective work? i assume it would be considered fisheye. Does anybody have experience with painting non linear perspectives? WIll it just end up looking terrible if not done right?
Am i doing it right?
Is the horizon in the place in relation to the curvature of the window?
Is there a difference between portrait and landscape fisheye perspective?
I can't find any remotely similar references.

if youre painting fisheye the thing is describing the horizon primarily than redrawing the perspective lines curving them from the horizon to sort of create these lines that sort of look like magnetic field around the vanishing points connecting them creates fisheye. or at least thats how i always got it. main thing i learned drawing fisheye is that there are no straight lines, and especially not right under the horizon, yes talking about your pic.

pic related my old fisheye clusterfuck painting. its pretty shit but i think the fisheye somewhat works there

Besides, you fucked up the fisheye with the side of the window anyway, you're biting off more than you can chew.
