I don't know where else to go, I figured a few creative minds could help me out here.

I fucked up... I fucked up real bad.

>somehow both me and the tattoo artist manage to miss this spelling error

I emailed the artist but it's late so I probably won't get an answer tonight

Please help me out /ic/, how would you fix this fuckup?

committing sudoku is not an option yet.

If you added an image to the top of the tattoo and had something trailing down to cover the extra letter, for instance a leaf coming from a rose, you could hide the mistake that way. Also you'd look less like a newspaper clipping with an actual image attached to the piece.

it can actually be easier than you think for a tattoo artist to misspell something. think of it in an artists mind, they are looking at the structure,composition etc of a letter not really consciously the letter itself. thats like saying when you are painting do you have the whole image in your head the whole time of what it is? or do you focus on the shape at hand then move to the next shape. just like a painting it all turns into shapes and they focus on the technique and other things. if a good effort isnt put in its easy to misspell something

This upsets me. Do some fucking research for gods sake. A lot of good tattoo artists would have no trouble at all covering a bit of writing, you don't need to black it out.
