You're supposed to do it for each of the boards on the account. Like, you'll do each one (character anatomy, character anatomy | ratio, etc.) as a separate download.

It takes forever, but it's nice to have a copy on your HDD to at whenever you want.

Which is especially helpful for me since the only way I can truly be productive is to disconnect from the web if possible.
