You need to make a grid anon. Everything is out of the fucking grid and your shapes are too overused. You need to use at most 2 grids and some stuff placed with "taste" and they need to be perceived for it not to look so accidental.
You need to develop more sensitibity towards shape, space and composition.
It actually takes quite a bit of skill to make good typographic posters in that fashion.
