meh fuck pic demo, it's easy to explani.

- flatten image
- duplicate image
- apply generious gaussian blur to your duplicated image (the one on top)
- set layer mode to lighten (again, of the top now blurry image)
- mask out areas you don't want to have glow applied.

Thing is, i made the first wolf.
I found the second lying around, downloaded, opened it with Paint.Net used Glow effect and nothing else and the pic became like that.

Isn't there anything similar to this in Photoshop?
The reason am trying Photoshop is cause people insist it's better than Paint.net.
If Glow is the only thing that Photoshop lacks then ok i'll just use Paint.net for that purpose only.

photoshop is the godmode program. it doesn't have a "glow" button you can click. it has a billion of intricate tools that can achieve a billion of different "glow" effects depending on how you use them.
