Fucked up because I made it aquatic and not amphibian, just imagine a though and sleek skin instead.
I just added generic fins/wings/whtever, but the important thing is that I tried, right?

Put some effort into what type of dog would be the best suited, right?

Your horizon looks like it's about shoulder height with the giant, if you don't do any 3-Point perspective study, I'd suggest taking some time to evaluate it and try to draw some monsters in 3 point perspective or very distant perspective. For massive creatures, even though you scaled it with the figure at the bottom, your horizon line should be well at the bottom of the page. It could just be my eyes playing tricks on me, but it feels more like you just drew something cool and then made a tiny guy to scale it instead of drawing while thinking of it as already being huge.
