Get an image of a headshot, some females face. Draw it, just like you did with this drawing/whatever it is. Then look at it, really really look at it. the curves of the face, the eyes, the nose, the neck, the clothing, the hair... Does it seem right? Is this realistic? Are the lines actually accurate to some degree? You'll find that the answer should be NO. You need to improve on the whole concept of drawing a humans face. begin with an oval, draw a line down the center of the oval and then one in the middle, one in the middle half below that and the middle half above the center line. For the Eyes, nose, mouth. Stick to this, and you'll soon get the swing of it. When you get to the hairline, just first draw a bold person, then build the hair after.
