Guys I'm looking for old illustrators to complete my reference folder. I need howard pyle, ncwyeth and dean cornwell. If you have any of these please share.

Start with that. I also have a Leyendecker folder I can upload tomorrow (on my other computer). It's not hi-res but there's a few hundred images. Also I can't remember if I included Cornwell in the above link or not. I have a bunch of hi-res files for him too, and low res ones too.

>> No.2099931

I have that but it's like 10 images per artist

>> No.2099934

Anyone have Howard Pyle. Been looking for a while.

Oh, I uploaded it ages ago, can't remember what's in it. I'll put up more stuff tomorrow then. I have a bunch of Cornwell and Leyendecker, and a handful of things form other people. A handful of hi-res NC Wyeth stuff too.

>>2099934
Yeah I'll put it up tomorrow too. Unfortunately a lot are pretty badly reproduced (small files, grainy, bad colour etc). But I have a folder of some of his stuff. Not a ton, but about as much as you can find online for his paintings (there are probably a bunch of pen drawings and stuff you can dig up with enough work).

Will you post it now please? Need to finish folder

Not sure why it's so urgent. I'm uploading the files now, it will take a little while, there's a lot of images to upload here and my internet isn't great.

Ohh its not urgent take your time XD

Leyendecker is up first, over 500 images. Others coming soon. Also I realized you never asked for Leyendecker. Woops. He's still the same sorta Golden Age time period though, and he's dope, so no complaining.

Wyeth. Only about 50 images, but most are hi-res. Also not his famous images. Sorry, it's all I bothered saving.

Cornwell and Pyle would be appreciated. And thank you for posting these you saved me time and effort.

Bonus of Watkiss, not really the same as the other guys because he's more contemporary and whatnot, but he definitely was largely influenced by the others in this thread.

Btw, I don't have a folder for Dun because I own his book. If you like this type of art I definitely recommend it. You can buy it here:
http://fleskpublications.com/flesksite/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=65

Definitely one of my favourites in my whole book collection :) Some images are a bit dark, but otherwise it is perfect. It contains mostly pictures but hte bits of text are really great too. And there are tons of images that are not online anywhere.

Fuckin amazing art from this guy. He's like a male sakimichan, but his art isn't quite as colorful or appealing.

always paints the recent most popular things in animu style and bashes it up with some effects.
It works though, genius.

It has anime elements, but it's actually good, because where most Japanese artists just copy the same shit and use flat faces and terrible values, he is actually a good artist.
