Better than it was but you have strongest contrast still in the background, which makes no sense. Contrast is one of the biggest things that guide the eye of whoever's looking at the piece, so the natural conclusion is that the strongest contrast should be where YOU WANT PEOPLE TO LOOK. I assume in this case it's the characters face, so create contrast between the face and the background.
Look at the 4chan thumbnail of your image and see how noisy and busy the background is, the character sort of melts into it and isn't really the focus.
But don't listen to an /ic/ shitter and watch Bill Perkins' guide to composition. Even just the week 1 stuff will open your eyes

I'm autistic, with ADHD. I can't focus on trying to get better at all or even come up with anything to draw without just giving up and going back to looking at my phone and doing something else.
I've legitimately never been able to commit myself to any serious hobby and have gotten lazy over the years with my only actual one which is writing and the only reason I'm good at writing is because I wanted people to be able to understand what the fuck I was saying and I wanted to write good stories because I thought I'd never be able to make them in a visual medium, but that's it. I've never been able to commit to a serious routine, schedule, or anything. I just sit in my room online doing basically nothing.
Everything I try doing looks so daunting and impossible. I tried learning Source Filmmaker as a teen and I gave up immediately because it looked too complicated. I tried learning how to make my own games in game maker, gave up immediately and never touched it. Even something like drawing just looks so complex and impossible. This is what it's like for everything I try doing. I don't know what to do anymore.

Not him but what worked for me was to build the habit of drawing. Spending even 30 minutes doodling will create the discipline you need to create a mindset to "just draw"
Eventually you can start adding more hours until it feels more "normal" to draw for long periods of time.
You'll also need to stop comparing yourself to others. As for fundamentals it really doesn't matter what you choose, as long it's simple enough for you to start consistently drawing every day.

Every drawing exercise or guide looks flat out incomprehensible and too complicated for me to follow. I try following it, but I can never understand how to do it. I don't know how to apply it to things I want to draw and I flat out can't even complete any of the exercises.

I have tried the IC sticky, gave up after fucking up the first upside down sketch and never went back to it. Gave up on one line exercise and never went back to it. Gave up on Loomis once the body construction started. Gave up on Keys to drawing because that looked too complex and I can't even make myself read past a single paragraph because of me being distracted. Whenever I start drawing, I literally can't make sense of something as simple as drawing hair. I can't understand 3D perspective nor make sense of it in my brain.

don't mean to sound rude, but there are more productive questions to ask. people have their own taste, so what they see as "improvements to your drawing is going to differ. if you think the drawing has imperfections based on your own taste/your goal(s) for the drawing, then ask yourself where those are and address them. if you have a vague sense but can't quite figure it out, tell people what you were going for and they can try to help clarify its issues.

it realistically will, but you can make quicker improvements by conscious effort - both in your normal drawings and by doing line stability exercises where you simply work on drawing clean lines. there are plenty of videos you can look up about that too, and you can do them as a warm-up for your more serious head drawings. I don't know your technique, so maybe this need not be said, but it's a good rule of thumb to use your shoulder for covering more space with your lines and your wrist for shorter, more precise lines and details. and of course using your elbow would be somewhere in between those two extremes.

Just take the "Study" and "exercises" out of the equation. Why can you just draw? Draw what you like. I remember when Artbooks weren't available like today, Artbooks costed a FORTUNE and you just couldn't get them anyways. Today they are free, any artbook that you want, with a snap of the finger, In your screen already scanned. You can copy and paste them on your drawing software and work on them, trace them, copy and study them.
Pick an artbooks about your favorite show, movie or thing or whatever and copy that book. The whole thing, again and again. Pick another an do the same. Grab a comic or "manga", and do the same. Why can you just have fun? What's going on with people today?

lots of values are off and it seems like you're outlining things to compensate. The corner of the mat or whatever that touches shadow is glowing around the edges, the lowest hill on the furthest slope is pretty clearly outlined. Better use of colors will separate it from the horizon on its own. Maybe turning the dark patch at the top into a cloud's shadow (be sure to play with it so it contours to the mountain realistically) would help and make this more interesting. There's some texture happening but it turns into a lazy ombre kind of thing very quickly.

You’re breaking up your lines way too often, so much so that the drawing looks very unnatural, as the broken up lines seem to get in the way of anatomical accuracy. The knee remains undefined for both legs and is replaced with broken lines, which don’t seem to add anything to the drawing and create a lot of confusion in terms of design. I think it can work but only if the broken lines had genuine impact when you saw them. As of now they seem arbitrary, especially since dark areas have almost as much line breakage as the light ones. Every choice you make- especially line choices-needs to be conscious and it’s purpose needs to be clearly communicated in your art

I followed the Feng Zhi advice and I'm still following somehow too. Naturally, while drawing rocks and trees and skulls, you should feel an urge do draw something else, of your liking. When it happens, don't force yourself on griding. Stop it for a moment, change your direction and draw things you actually like.

Today kinda sucked. Still feel somewhat unwell after last week and I had to force myself to do studies, but it feels like I've forgotten how to do it properly? Regardless I did start to feel like I was more in the swing of it after a bit but I ran out of time, hence why this one looks so unfinished.

I did something different though, I attempted to draw the figure not with curves, but more straight blocky lines. I don't think I did it well at all but it was a proper attempt at construction like that rather than just curves.

Side note, I legit couldn't draw head shapes well at all today, I blame that on just struggling to focus. Hopefully soon I'll feel 100% and be able to make actual progress and draw actual fun things again but I'll just keep trying despite that, even if it's only a little bit every day for now.
