I always hear people ask this question and I think it's not a good approach to learning anything. It'll just set up the wrong expectations. If I told you a decade, you might not even want to start drawing. If I told you a couple of months, you might get frustrated if you don't manage to achieve set goal in that time frame. Nah, everytime people gave a decent redline I made several efforts to change stuff, I only argue when people don't show things properly. Problem is that most people don't do that well so it tends to be a lot of back and forth. It's better to post a lot to solve a problem quickly than post less and walk away thinking you solved things

Did this in a little over an hr. Learn to draw lineart without cleaning up the initial sketch (treat your lineart kind of like a cleaner sketch instead). Use a brush with little width variance so you can focus just on placement. Shade with the lasso tool, airbrush, and low opacity hard round brushes.
