There are many tutorials floating around but mostly they are for manga which involve technique like debinding (since manga are cheap and mass produced), but I imagine you wouldn't do that for an artbook. Honestly, if you've got a scanner or a good phone camera you're good to go, I personally don't mind book spines getting scanned. Anyway, here you go.

i know this book is already recommended by many for good reason, but i wanted to throw in my 2 cents, and say that this book is underestimated. many question dodson's technique of simply outlining what the drawer sees, and then working with the shape. however, with enough practice, it forces the student to become a better artist who thinks on their feet, because there is no other option than to get proportions correct. this is especially true with observational drawing. it also teaches the drawer to get comfortable with imperfection, something that has kept me from pursuing my dream of becoming some sort of artist until very recently. sure, part of that is the student's mindset, but until i opened that book after finding it for $6 in a used book store, i had never considered practical dialogue, and how one can apply that to their drawings.
