It's not that it's a problem, but what is the plot of the scene???, a young woman dressed with a backpack walking with another naked person, I mean she doesn't say anything that you're trying to capture so that others can say if it's good or if they have to understand what the hell he is trying to express.

To elaborate. Subject matter aside, it's mainly the poor anatomy, and poor rendering. The nude figure has no flow at all, and lacks all of the boney landmarks which should be there regardless of style. The rendering is completely nonsensical with no clear direction of light. On the nude figure it appears that the lighting is coming from somewhere on the right, but the girl's backpack is being lit from the left. The backpack in particular is so bad it looks like it's a completely seperate drawing inserted over top. Also the girl's neck is turning way too much. If you want her to face the camera at this angle you would need the torso to twist to make up for the angle.
