Puppet is made mostly from wood though Raymond has suspected part of him is actually human, he can shapeshift into 3 different versions of himself as he’s the embodiment of Raymond’s repressed emotions, though the only form Puppet has shown him is Puppet Red, who I haven’t designed but he’s arguably the same except way more mean spirited, the 3rd form is something he keeps hidden, another thing is that Puppet can change his voice at will, he loves singing and dancing, for singing I envision him sounding mostly like all 5 members of Tally Hall, for speaking though I think he’d sound like the Warden from superjail, the reason he’s a clown is because Raymond loves clowns

As for Raymond, there’s way too much about him that I’ve written already to fit in here, but he’s a spy who once worked at his fathers agency until he discovered the horrifying truth about him (long story short he’s the reason why his mom is dead, way more than that though) and now his mission is to get rid of him and take back what his father ruined

Olivia, a woman without a funeral or memorabilia, transforms into a phantom in a world where lost souls reconstruct bodies from the collective unconscious, becoming Phantoms. Their bodies are made of pieces of the collective unconscious known as "gestalt"

As for Olivia, she's essentially a phantom who's tasked to kill her former lesbian lover, who had left her abruptly for no reason at all. She later then discovers her former lover is actually a phantom herself and she grapples with either having to kill her or not.

This is Scrapper, He's a old rusty junk robot that came from a factory before being shut down. There were many like him but they ended up being destroyed and turned into parts. Scrapper lives in an alleyway in a small town but the townfolks don't like him because of his dream and what he does and that is wanted to be a super hero, People think he's crazy and he pretends to be one, even though he seriously thinks and wants to be a super hero. But he always ends up messing up and accidently does the wrong things, which cause everyone to get mad at him. That's Scrapper's lore so far.

They also differ greatly in Shape, Size and Abbilities. They are shaped by broken Contracts with Demons and most of the time take shape based on what that Contract was made for. Every now and again I want to return but always end up not because the characters I want to draw for don't even offer returns for the ones that already did and I don't want to post a character because I don't want to be obligated towards people who intend to do the bare minimum just to get out whatever they can. She was formerly a bullied, geeky abused japanese teen (right black haired girl) that ended up involved in a Mirai Nikki like battle royale situation *TBD* where she uses her powers *TBD* to survive until the end of that, until the protagonist of that timeline saves her, making her see him as a kindred soul.

Upon being the last one standing (and obtaining several more powers such as time manip and changing her appearance, even to the point she can merge with stuff or even space Thanos style since she won the right of being the "vessel" of a higher dimensional goddess that uses her as entertainment), she takes the form of a rich european young model & learns english by absorbing and english knowing version of herself to be "the best version of herself" and make the world pay up for her abuse by passive aggresive force (such as making her bullies never have happy lives, becoming rich by lottery number guessing and stealing from people in time stop.)
In the "new world" she meets and pretty much Magic Pixie Dream Girls her way into making sure the protagonist also has powers to change the world.
Despite her new powers and fake bravado, she is still sweet in her own way also a geeky dork despite trying to be super cool, confident and a semi cocky "cool girl heroine".
