Sorry I don't really do clean lineart and don't really know how armpits work, I hope this can help you though
you're missing out on opportunities to define the form, the sweat droplets, the pubic hair and the belly button can (must) all be used to define the form
As a general rule - thicker line = more total mass (relative to the viewer)
Also avoid lines aligning with eachother (like on her right boob in your drawing), always make them overlap and cut through themselves

What they mean is that the ribcage is extremely narrow, inhumanly so.

I think you actually mostly nailed the head of the person laying down. The most I changed with him is the clothing folds.the clothing folds wrap around the body, use them to your advantage to portray form.

I think the bigger issue is the person they're laying on. We see their head from below, so we shouldn't be able to see the outline of their jaw, Their head looks very flat. I also advice to use the clavicle and abdominal folds to denote both perspective and form here.

Do you want to understand the uses of boxes as a perspective guide? In that case, I recommend this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDanHdjPJVs

If you want to use em for construction, I mostly use stonehouses and morphos book for learning anatomy. I improvise the constructions, since you don't need to use one set method to construct the body, just use whatever's convenient.
Most importantly just observe how other artists use them, the books and videos are just supplements to that.

Take this with a grain of salt as everyone learns differently, but I always learned something better when I kept writing it down again and again. A lot might disagree but I recommend memorizing muscle names. This won't help you draw better directly, but it'll really come in handy when reading about anatomy as you know what the hell anatomy books are talking about.

1. Learn the bones and their forms
2. Find out where muscles start and insert and their form. Knowledge of the skeleton is essential here
3. Memorize muscles in terms of pairs of antagonists and agonists (common example is the triceps and biceps). Knowing a muscles function also helps with memorizing this.
4. Draw diagrams to drill all this info into your head, It can be low effort or high effort, just as long as you're actively recalling information. You don't have to do this 24/7, just whenever you feel like it.
5. Experiment. Find out how you can simplify all these muscles. See how others do it and try copying them.

The arm on the right is way too small.
The entire head is anime symbol drawn without understanding the shape of the head or it's features.

Basically every feature is wonky/uneven on one side. Since you're doing this digitally, every now and then flip the image horizontally and reassess what you've drawn.

I'm so confused by the action flow. His stance suggests that he's winding up for a slash, but the blood and blue background is making it seems like he's already struck the victim and is following through. If that's indeed what you're depicting, then it just feels weird to me because I've never seen anyone swing a sword in that manner before.

I don't know if this helps but do you know what the line of action is? It helps me when I try to copy a photo. Basically, you try to find the 'spine' and look in what direction it's going after that you put the torso and the hips on it and go on from there. It really helps to give the drawing a strong foundation

this was freaking hard. the original painter probably spend 2-3 weeks just sketching, hiring models, doing his research, just to pull off the preliminary drawing for this painting.

For your study, I really think you need to dig back into the basics and start reviewing your figure construction. Get Michael Hampton, Bridgman, Taco anatomy, whatever, and apply that to figure drawing from life and from masters.
