Goblin women, I think, are horrid creatures that look ugly, cruel monsters, but let's not forget they're also goblins. I like to imagine them from a tribal culture, and have more traditional features. Pointy chin, big ears, bad teeth, ugly. Think of them as anglos. As they get more "waifu" like and resemble more human characteristics that twitterplebs prefer, I imagine them rounding out a bit. I think the 3/4th goblin is the truest to goblinform while retaining some likeable traits. I imagine the true goblins bred a captured human and then got the 3/4ths goblin which then could be bred with humans willingly. I don't prefer the quarter goblin, but I included that as that's what most "people" prefer in their goblins. I also thought it would be boring if they didn't have a quirk, so I made it a characteristic of goblins proudly displaying trophies and luxuries from their ears. The True goblin has grisly trophies from her mate and uses the sinew and a hole in her ear to wear them. The more fresh and bigger the trophy the higher on the pecking order she was in her tribe. The 3/4ths goblin just puts any shit as an earing improperly using a rope. Misunderstanding, but still has that nature in her. The quarter goblin is much more modern and just uses a sock and ornaments to display something off her ears as a fashion statement.

Another thing is the hair should be course and stringy. the feel of a goblins heir should feel more like untreated hemp rope than silky locks. Another thing is that the eyes should be wider in their skull to get more of that inhuman feel, but as they resemble humans more, this becomes less drastic. Also, goblins don't wear clothes. They're naturally so feral, they're close to animals in the wild and can only mimic the idea of covering up. The more human a goblin is, the more TOLLERANT they are to wearing clothes. Even the most human bred goblin still hates wearing clothes by nature. Anyways, that's just how I think of goblins and wanted to draw them like that. No one probably cares about this lore, but I thought about this much when drawing them that I felt a shame not to elaborate on this after the fact.

Whatever RPG or JRPG setting you want to have these goblins in, I think your typical "Church" or pseudo-Christian organization would want to spread the faith to all sentient creatures. Goblins would barely count and missionaries to many different tribes would be sent. Goblins, however, despite being superstitious about a random spirit or omen, have a hard time conceptualizing ethereal things to the degree of a true religion. So the church hit a huge roadblock trying to spread the faith. Goblins can't think there's something above the sky. They need something to point at and be awed by.
However, the Church found goblins are rather fond of the idea of Christmas where they get free stuff, (and maybe give stuff too as a part of the ritual), and so the Church adapted things to make a bigger emphasis on Old Saint Nick (or whatever rpg equivalent would be). Goblins who adopted this and were early believers did their best to "get" it, but they jumbled everything into Saint Nick and Christmas. So when they went on mission trips to spread the faith to goblins, their translators got most everything mixed up, and instead of worshipping a messiah, they brought images of Santa to point and pray to. The church was tolerant of this at the time, as this would be a first stepping stone to bring them into the flock. They never really did get no matter how many generations came and pass, but they were at least the peripherally in the "light" (again rpg setting). "Converted" Goblin tribes were much less hostile to non-goblins as a result though, so it was considered a successful experiment. While most goblin tribes never integrated, they were at least "less" prone to attacking and raiding, and willing to trade with missionaries.
