More saturated reddish pink along the terminator, putting a center light on that near shoulder would really make it pop out a bit more since you have the light source creating a soft highlight on her ass cheek it feels a bit incoherent to leave it out for the shoulder, especially if the light source is somewhere along the viewer's upper left. Even if it were dead center I would still move that highlight you have along the teres major on the top of the deltoid.
By the same reasoning I would add a little highlight where the tip of the nose sits, supposing she has any nose at all.
Most of my advice may break your piece since it pushes the painting one value step above the value range available on the canvas, you may rebalance things by adding ambient occlusion along the crevices where light can't reach because the masses crowd any photons out creating near absolute darkness.
You can add ambient occlusion as little triangles with the lasso tool within the shadow shapes for example, the area under the jaw and armpit, the intersection where her suit meets the ass crack also where her abs meet the pelvis is a good spot.
In the end it is all up to your good judgment, the piece can work just fine as it is, however it's good to keep these things in mind as you work on your next artwork

I usually do a lot of the drawing in grayscale to make sure the character stands out in terms of tonal values. I try to make the silhouette understandable, I try to make the information readable, that kind of stuff.

I preferred your first attempt. There's quite a few things (eg. muscles on cheek bones making the bone appear to curve down) that are missing here. Additionally the furthest eye looked like it was being pulled open despite that not being the case and it looks like you gave up on the nose.
Lineart: You don't have to follow it strictly. Adjusting then after blocking in the colors is fine as long as they work with each other. You'll fine that some objects will
be easier that way. Additionally the reason why multiply is recommended for the line art layer is because it makes them highly visible. Another approach (use in pic related) is the opposite: softening them a bit by using an 20% grey (#333333) for the line art and a linear light blending mode for the layer. This will tint your line art to whatever color is below.
Composition: A lot of space was taken up my the man's leg. It appears to roughly follows the rule of thirds, but considering that the woman's face is the focus of the picture she cropping the image so he only takes up about 1/5 of the screen is reasonable. Also square compositions just suck.

Also try to exercise the feel of texture or material, you're doing that with her hair, try to keep that in mind when doing jewelry, gold, crystals, metals, etc.

I very well may be wrong, but my take is that the top and bottom halves of her body don't match in perspective. While the shoulders can pivot back a bit, they should still be sitting essentially parallel to each other. If the viewer is meant to be viewing her from below and her torso is turned slightly to the side (twisting to look at the viewer), her shoulders should reflect that perspective by the farther one appearing 'lower' down in space. Imagine the line between her shoulders being the edge of a box to help visualize.

I think my redraw shifts the perspective of too much, since the focal point is obviously the ass and that should be centered. But maybe it can help you visualize.

If I make a multiply layer its pretty hard to paint the shadows, since i can't color pick close to the edges and have to use the eraser... But if I paint it directly it's far to destructive and correcting colors is shit.

Instead of doing a light base coat and painting in the shadows, I've noticed a lotta nsfw artists paint midtone base colours and then airbrush the lighting on top of that.
It's much less fiddly and you don't have to worry so much about the edges, plus it makes the forms look softer and you never have to worry about your skin shadows being too dark.
Also get your hands on a softbrush that varies it's size based on angle, gives you more agility for getting hard/soft edges.
