The easiest way to get good numbers is to work on making your art good, posting regularly, and just being persistent. Sure you can try to game the system, figuring out the optimal times to post, playing the circlejerk game with big follower accounts, employing bot followers, doing whatever the fuck, but a lot of that is still a crapshoot which is ultimately irrelevant to building your skill
