Looking much better. Just to nitpick but I would see about experimenting with making the shoulder portion of the robot arm much bigger. Asymmetry would help the design stand out from a glance even further.

Based. Keep her in there.

Let me give you some actual critiques now.
1. Your design has a good start, like the one piece suit and the hair shapes are good, but you should probably give her more to her "cyborg" element and not just the arm, think of something like a light metallic armor like shoulder pads and boots. Give her more elements that visually tell she is a cyborg.
2. Dont be afraid to use Samus as inspiration, you have plenty to work with when it comes to her suitless variants (Zero Suit, Justin Bailey, Ending shots, the mangas, etc...). Pick elements you see that could fit your character well.
3. That said, try to find inspiration from other places as well, or come up with your own workarounds, I only made the Samus comment because I wanted to be silly, but be careful with using her too much as inspiration because people will unironically draw parallels to your character and Samus at this rate.

The arm is an improvement, but dont make the cannon/hand such a small square, shape language makes it look like a sort of mace/mallet and it's kind of disruptive to the overall shape. You may want to use something like a pen shape (large cylindrer with a trapezium at it's tip). Kind of like Samus's own arm cannon lol

There are a lot of game engines now that use "visual scripting", that's essentially just drag and dropping and linking different scripts. Probably still isn't easy, but isn't as dependent on you knowing anything about coding.
That said, you probably won't be able to make anything TRULY original by programming a game like that, but if you're just making a platformer or something, it should be more than enough.
