OP i will tell you my secret. been using CSP pro edition for 6 years for free. go by the cheapest piece of shit wacom tablet. they come with 2 year activation code for CSP. for me it costs 39$USD. once i activate the code, i return the tablet to the store and get my money back.

just checked bestbuy and its still part of the package. you have to make a wacom account and register the serial number to the account (just make a throwaway acct) and then it gives the clip studio code. once i got the CSP code i register that to my CSP account and return the tablet. i still have until novermeber of next year before it expires and then ill do it again

You're talking about PayPal, right? I had the same problem as you OP. You can use PayPal on the Google Play store.
Simply subscribe to the Google Play version of CSP. Then, on the PC version, in the settings, you will select your PC to be the main "machine" you want to use for your account.
You will lose full access to CSP on your phone but you will gain full access to your PC version.

It's a little bit more expensive than a normal PC subscription but this is the only way I have found to get around this problem. other than straight up pirating.
Unfortunately, since you can't buy and only subscribe to CSP on your phone, there's no option for people who want to pay once.
Your payment will still be processed through your Google Play account.

I also don't understand why CSP doesn't directly offer PayPal through their website when you can use PayPal to buy codes for their GOLD currency. Shit makes no sense.
