Does anyone on here do or have done those daily X number of minute drawing challenge where you have to finish your reference drawing before the clock hits 0?

Lately, I've been feeling really unconfident about my art and understood doing this would help learn confidence. Just started, so its kinda do the adverse, but I'll give it time. I'm doing it for 15 minutes, which isn't really enough for me honestly, kinda just feels like a race
