Notice the feet. In your depiction of the pose, it looks like they are mid squad. What you should depict is the fact that the model is actually stabilized by resting her hand on her knee. Feet almost meet.

To test this. Draw a line diagonally from your character's feet and do the same with the model. Notice any difference? The center mass on yours is completely off.

you give the faces too much contrast and sharp detail compared to the rest of the figure, regardless if it's in light or shadow. Obfuscating forms that lie in shadow will give you much more depth and realism. It's exaggerated in pic rel but that's the idea.
You do this perfectly in the hands in your painting, you just got to carry it to your faces as well. Learn to simplify, imply, and obfuscate features, especially eyebrows.
Also you got a tendency of overdetailing the hair where you draw out every single strand, again not obfuscating those who lie in shadow. The basic rule is to sculpt detail strictly through light, and not shadow. Ruan Jia does this incredibly well especially in his sketches. It would benefit you to study those.

Otherwise I think all your posts here are pretty good, keep grinding!

The head shapes were copied and pasted then I filled in the rest so they all have that samey effect but it is just to see how the shapes all looked on the same exact face structure for practice
