fwiw i wasn't always just a hentai artist, I actually did start off as a realist but after being prescribed adderall for ad-H-d (I really physically can't sit down and study shit I'm not interested in) I ended up saying fuck my biology degree and going to the library to study art instad. Failed out twice, then managed to finish my bachelors degree in fine arts and got a minor in biology due to all the credits i had. The whole process took 8 years (2010-2018).

While I'm not skilled by any metric, I can at least give some feedback as a fellow coomer (years of skilled search for specific porn, hentai and eroges have made me extremely critical and aware of what I like and what I dont), so here's what I think you could try to do:

1. Learn perspective to be able to draw you characters in many situations and backgrounds;

2. Learn anatomy to be able to break the rules and know what you are exaggerating (I'm going to copy Bridgman because of the usages of his knowledge in representing muscle and fat, both extremely important to draw attractive females)

3. Study values to depict the forms of body and make it hotter.

4. Try to learn from other artists you like

You have appeal but lack knowledge. Just a year or anatomy and perspective should give you a lot of results.

It was a unique ref, I experimented with my painting workflow in the beginning, in the end though it was mostly painting little swirly shapes and refining them.
Regrettably didn't record it, but I didn't think my painting would look AI, so recording it didn't come to mind. I tend paint on one layer for the most part, starting new layers occasionally as extended history/undo. I turned the layers into frames for a process gif here.
