without a doubt, copic markers. you can tell looking at the the way the shadows are blended and his usage of the colorless blender on the more faded areas. Note the usage of the dark gray lavender he uses for the darker shadows of the skin (probably using BV23). Especially apparent around the bottom left area where the colorless blender bleeds into the lavender grey on the armor.
