what you can do is copypaste some well shaded drawing into your drawing program, check colors of shaded and light parts with eyedropper and try to see the pattern on your colorwheel, worked for me

Multiply is definitely the easiest way but just use a different color on the layer. Start with a pastel purple to block in your shadows, make another overlay layer and bush in some oranges. Adjust the opacity as needed then paint ontop of it as needed

play around with the linework, try transparency locking it and then manually painting over it, using an airbrush for smooth transitions, try setting it to multiply and using different light hues for different parts, try painting on a rimlight 'built-in' to the linework, or duplicating the lines layer, blurring it slightly and putting it on colour-dodge or overlay modes...

I think it's pretty good, but I have some suggestions:
1) You should use the advantage colour gives you ahead of b&w drawings: more lines won't have the same distracting, aging quality as when inking. You could help this by using coloured lines when working inside the main contour. An alternative approach is ditching lines inside the figure completely and suggesting muscle/bone definition with changes in color planes.

2) I can't exactly explain this the best but I'll try: Lewds should, in my opinion, have a quality of softness, particularly with female characters since that aspect is traditionally sought in them. I know you're going for an athletic torso, but you should have some idea of design in terms of the entire figure. As in, if you're using muscle lines you should have an idea of hierarchy where you concentrate them, so the overall form isn't compromised. I think this hierarchy would be good: softness>definition. Concentrate defining muscle/bone in some areas, but also don't overwhelm them with detail so they take attention away from pleasant bits. When you leave some areas "empty", it can actually make them flow better.

Note picrel. It's a very graphic, black-ink style that is balanced by throwing out unnecessary detail in certain areas. Yes, this is animation, but my point is the harsh line approach can work with some subtlety.

3) I would rethink the gesture of her left hand/arm. It seems a little overflexed for this kind of design. I think rotating the hand in a way that ends any arm hyperflexion would look more natural.

Not OP, but the deltoid has three sections (anterior, acromial, posterior) which can appear separate. The anterior portion specifically pulls the arm forward, so it's possible it would show up in this pose.

Having said that, I'm personally not a fan of exaggarating all of the muscles at once like OP does. Makes characters look really stiff, like they have rigor mortis or constipation.

You know this kinda has no answer, right? Once you decided the "gesture", I'll put it like this: "lines can't go anywhere else". You just know where the lines go to make that gesture readable as intended, a "female sexy pose" in this case. These are very simple exercises. If you do a realistic and detailed anatomical redraw on these probably lots of things won't match. I'm looking for fun and appeal, so I'm aware, I don't care because I like what I see. And maybe there sort of lays the answer, if you DON'T like your work at all, then something is wrong, much more than fundamentals. I do believe appeal kills fundamentals, but you can't have one without grinding the other, unless you're some kind of autistic prodigy.
Grind things you like. In this case, obviously hot girls but with muscle tone, that will allow your brain to pin point anatomical markers.
Fun grinding is the only answer, and ultimately the final destiny. Look at KJG, he could have keep sketching till the end of times having fun like a damn brat. That's all that it is.

At the core of my "influences" I could say Milo Manara, but the classic old manara, with all the baroque style, not so much his later boring coom phase. Serpieri, Shirow Masamune, Kotoyoshi Yumisuke is huge, recently I found a western artist "Don Lomax" here in this board someone recommended him, Roninsong huge as well. There's a lot of hentai dudes, Inoue Takuya, Azuki Kurenai, Jamming is huge for me too, Seura Isago is god, Miura Takehiro is key. But then again that means nothing with out a drive behind, as you can see everything I like is geared toward hot women milf biased. That's what I like and mostly what drives me to grind for fun. Otherwise all these "references" don't make any difference at all. It's just stuff I like same as anyone else.

More contrast maybe? As you can see from picrel, tights tend to get really dark as they wrap around the contour of the leg. Try going in with a soft brush and add a very dark, desaturated color around the "edges" of her leg. Or more simply, you could probably just fiddle with the contrast slider (via filters or tonal correction or whatever your program calls it) on that particular layer

In the initial gesture I could visualize them liking their own ass cheeks if possible. Of course then I say, well, tone it down from there till it becomes readable as human lmao.
