It's about time to practice your linework. Try something challenging and don't waste more than 30 min of your precious time on it. This will be your drawing of the day, then move on other more practical and important stuff.

Before i forget, you may only use MS Paint. This is non-negotiable.

Also, add a timestamp to priove it's your original and if you don't own a drawing tablet or you're on L*nux any paper will do.

If you don't feel like drawing today or are already burned out, just give feedback to others or post anything you got laying around.

Does anybody ever get a feeling like it's hindering to do lineart using screenless tablet?
I have been using Intuos Pro S to draw black and white comic for 2 years and lately, I feel it's kind of exhausting.
I just can't fight the urge to zoom in and fill every itty-bitty of pixel on my monitor.
But if I zoom out, I just can't bring the line to the point I want.
Crosshatching is nightmare if i don't zoom in.
I'm thinking about switching to screen tablet but I'm afraid it won't fix this problem.
Anybody have the same trouble?

Screenless for 5 years here, you'll have the same problem on a screen tablet because your problem is not the tablet is your autism regarding the lines
An advice that may help you:
Stop zooming in and zooming out every god damn time and learn how to line structure
Instead of drawing the iris and zooming out and drawing the face contour and zooming in and drawing eyelashes and zooming out and drawing hair, draw everything you need to draw in a size, then zoom in, and draw anything you need to draw in a smaller size and so on

I feel the same
not shiting on the advice those guys gave you but I've tried many things and nothing works
I can draw some cool shit with pen and paper but everytime I use my screnless tablet I have rely on color, good composition and tons of effects and corrections because the line art is going to suck

I worked on a screenless tablet for about 5 years and I've been working on a screen tablet for about 3 years now.
It's the same. There's almost no difference in my approach the line art, nor the quality of it. I guess I can do longer strokes now, but that was always a skill issue rather than a problem with the tool. The grass really isn't any greener.

I will ignore this advice and continue to zoom until I see pixels and tweak lines to my satisfaction.
