I don't have time to draw anything, but I will share my useless opinion with you anyway. I would make the character much wider, give it a large scaly dress with scales like in the first picture, with a frilly lower layer (to represent the foot). I think having the scales draped only over the back is a mistake. And if you're going to incorporate the feelers, I'd put them under the hat, maybe as braids or tassels or something, I dunno. The veil I can take or leave, the character could just as well be red-faced because she's fat.

I think its works best to accentuate either the body or hat more and prob incorporate the spiral part a bit more.
I did some sketch designs and highlighted in red some parts so its easier to separate parts from each other. You might might want to make the cone design thinner/longer or do more of a steeper S shape for the hip area

Charlotte Evans is a former researcher and archeologist who finds a magic necklace. The necklace is composed of four pearls, one for each suite of cards.
The necklace gives the wearer incredible luck of opportunity, always seemingly in the right place at the right time with the winning hand.

Charlotte hides the necklace from her husband and child and proceeds to sneak off to test its power. She ends up winning a ton of money through seemingly random wins at the casino. The casino owner lets her go, unable to prove fraudulent activity. On the way home she narrowly avoids a car collision, but as it turns out, the driver behind her is not so lucky and is hit in a major collision. She looks back in concern, but can only focus on the good fortune and instead rushes home.

She comes home to police tape surrounding her home. Her son is now missing and her husband was in fact, the driver hit in the major collision, and was killed. Devastated, shocked and now paranoid, Charlotte runs inside to her bathroom. Charlotte rips off the necklace and tries to smash it upon the floor.
"That won't work" says a ghost bunny that appears in the mirror. "Call me sensei, for I am the poor soul and previous owner of that necklace. But I'm afraid there are more pressing issues at hand" the ghost bunny says, appearing to take a deep inhale of a ghost cigarette through his bunny ghost lungs.

Charlotte finds a ransom note with her sons photograph attached:
