I like what you did towards the end, I broke down all the layers and saw where I could have added more harder shadows, where to keep more solid cast shadows closer to her skin, I like that you added more shadow on her neck and softer airbrushed shadows where she needed it. As far as the stomach is concerned, that seems more a style choice (which is not bad), but again, the requester asked me to keep her simple, and on model. He wanted retro anime, and if you go back and see what retro anime looks like, I'm sure you'd agree, it's simple, it doesn't have very many shadows, the nipples are actually drawn like that and there's hardly any line variation, with some artists.

This was the before, and the one I posted looks much better with your suggestions about shadows. So thank you, I forgot how to take my time and add the right shadows where they need to be, but thanks to your help, I was able to remember. Tacking on an additional 45 minutes to my work to gain a better result doesn't hurt at all. The results are so much better, in my opinion.

You drew half the face from a 3/4's perspective and the other half from a forward facing perspective. When you draw the ear meeting the jaw that tends to be a 3/4's perspective and typically when you do that the other ear shouldn't be visible.
The ears should also be roughly level with the eyes, try drawing a pair of glasses on your character to connect the eyes to where the ears should be.

The lines on your shoulders are also oddly bumpy, and the anatomy for the shoulders feel like they're dislocated. Your scapula is floating away from the torso. That and the way you drew her right arm makes her look anemic. For buff or flexing characters alternating curves are key.
Not sure if it's intentional but overall her proportions are very lolish.

Hey, what's currently the best platform to gain some following for my nsfw account?(preferably engaging following, since numbers alone are depressing)
I do have two accounts, one for everything, and another for nsfw, namely giantesses.(but does it even count for here? unsure where to ask).

I'm on DA currently. I'm seeing people better than me who seem to have those 2-3 times more faves than me only because they do this for a lot longer and have gotten 10-50 times my following, it really seems to be dying.(lots of artists, almost no fans)

Still a newbie but I feel like the best I'm gonna get here is like 50 faves per image in a year or so. Absolute bests are getting maybe hundreds of those per image.(thinking in context of the above mentioned nsfw account)

Is twitter a must? Also I saw that nsfw fanarts for some weird reason are another 10 times more popular, that is around 2k+ faves. It's something I would hate to do.

Gaining a large following is mostly luck. The more skilled you are the higher your chances, but it's not a huge factor until you're almost a legitimate master at the craft.
The best thing you can do to grow is to stick to the same themes. On a place like Deviantart you will get the most followers by repeatedly posting similar content as quickly as possible. I'm quite slow(avg once a week or two) but consistent and with each image I can still see improvements. I could force myself to do those quickly but I am unable to draw appealing images when I don't feel it. Also my everyday life takes most of the time I have.

Do you think it's worth it to go for Twitter or anything alike or should I just stick to my current profiles?

I have drawn for 2 years and the most engagement I get from DA, Pixiv second, Twitter 3rd. If you want audience to engage, of course you need to offer art that interest them and make yourself available, like using correct tags and so on that make audience into your stuff find you. It's funny you say that, I was looking at lots of MILF hentai for purely research purposes and one thing I noticed a lot was a disproportionately long philtrum. I suppose it's to contrast with the moe "muzzle" that younger characters have where the mouth and nose are closer and the chin relatively long.

For meaty legs I usually look up muscular leg references and then kind of in my head place the fat over the muscular shapes and it gives me a pretty meaty defined look
