I'm trying to decide what technological lever to make this futuristic version of Belgrade. It could have Antigua platform neighborhoods floating above and hologram highlights glowing in the extreme foreground (and the holographic mature of the cross over the Cathedral being more apparent). Or just a glowing busy night city with an immense church in the center. I want to avoid the generic blade runner cyberpunk city look.
