Since this might be helpful to others as well, i will try to share some thoughts:
I doubt you can speed up your current process as a whole if you intend to keep on doing girls with defined muscles and still retain your stylization.

It depend on how you're actually working and how long it takes you to make a piece though, of which i cannot know unless you tell me.
You can try simplifying shapes, but at the cost of accuracy.
You can try blending the shapes together, but also at the loss muscle mass.
But a few pointers i can give out with pic related and you can see if that --maybe-- helps

Make fuller shapes.
Use at least 90% of the block to define the shape and give it more curvature to imply 3dimensionality.
Also think or see about how layered the muscles are because as of right now, your muscles are render like a flat surface more or less.

Avoid needless definitions.
Muscles are not like armor so you don't really need to put in shading in parts where you think the muscles "lock" together. Blend those muscles with each other.

Less defined render/lines where the light hits. Especially the buttocks. Where if you want to make a full ass, it needs to be a sphere and rendered like one.

This is a tricky one and might seem contradictory to what i said before but define shadows more when you want to define a muscle, especially big ones, where the light doesn't reach that easily, as to further imply shape and depth.

Fan art. Draw shit tons of fan art that people like. You could draw your OC and other characters that nobody really knows, but it's hard to grab people's attention with it.

make sure those inner form hatches are more consistent with what you're trying to use them for. They make sense and you use them well but in a few places like on the throat, between the pec and shoulder, the armpit crease, they seem lazily applied. I think you should keep going with it though i think most people avoid that sort of inner form detail hatching but it looks good when thoughtfully done. The far clavicle line intersecting with the outer contour I would have terminate sooner so it doesn't connect.

Doing semi-painterly sketches on one layer to transition from pure lines.
I’m trying to do diminished lines where surfaces meet (idea came from teal), but I’m really not sure how I should do the area between the tongue, head and foreskin. Is it an ambient occlusion zone or do I “melt” the shapes one into other?
Also kinda wondering how to make painted dicks look nicer. Should I add some more texture or those wrapping lines on cylinders that Vilppu does?

For the top edge of the foreskin, it looks too much like you just soft blended the lineart into the colors, making it just look outlined but with muddy lines.
I think not being afraid to add slightly harsher/harder edge shadows can help lineart not look weird. Also what I do is thin the lines where the shadows are lightest.
