yes, generally I will start tons of paintings, and not finish them until I have something interesting to say for them. Most of the paintings I sell are "unfinished" in that they're initial drawings and layers that were "backgrounds" for something else. I do this to have choices of paintings at lower prices for people ($100-$200). Think a background for an animated movie without the animation on top.

the only thing generators are going to do is the same thing they did for the internet, saturate it in indistinguishable worthless garbage that makes it difficult to find anything, making quantity an even bigger factor in profit and perpetuating the cycle
note how even authoritative sources need to constantly increase output to maintain their value, driving the quality down for obvious reasons
the only thing that is going to change is that chatgpt is going to force the people shitting out writing to use it so they can keep up with the faggots shitting out massive amounts of garbage with it
writers are far worse off than us because you can’t really size up a book at a glance, their 7 fingers and 3 arms aren’t evident without investment from the audience

At that point it's not even writing and you're just contributing to the turd pile. In 10-20 years people probably won't even read anyway because tik tok 2.0 will fry everyone's attention span worse than ever before.

Be the change you want to see in the world. I think OP has a good grift going and im gonna try my hand at something similar. I figure if you paint the kind of retarded shit that rich wives and shit will want in their kitchens, living rooms, and hallways alongside all the other shit they waste their husbands money on you’ve got a chance. When you’re rich you understand buying cheap paintings from the back of Ross is tacky so you’ll spend $300 plus on something equally as shitty but at least painted by a human and not some Chinese factory worker on an assembly line. Expensive AirBNBs are always full of hand painted art that they probably insure, that could be our art. I’m going to pretend to be a young woman though.

I don't think so, I watched artists who do that and they don't sell much, plus it looks so undignifying, like begging.

>> No.6628577

>>6628482
It is like begging. When I walk by people with booths in any circumstances I refuse to look them in the eye or even acknowledge them as real people.

>> No.6628580

Yeah begging is most artists bread and butter. Especially digital artists they just set up tip jars and cash apps immediately like “ANYTHING HELPS GOD PLEASE”. Seeing trad artists beg is a whole other level of pitiful though.
