The only thing that looks missing is the right hand (both front and back views). But if you've got that much else about anatomy down, and if the hand thing was all that you are finding difficult, then you should just rip off the rest of the bandaid and draw some loosely-closed / resting hands. Then you have nothing in your way?

Anyway there could be anatomy errors, I am not good with anatomy, but one technical nitpick is just that the penis measurements are only horizontal yet the penis is not horizontal in either case. But, I can't imagine you'd really apply the exact measurements if you drew him elsewhere, when it's much easier to eyeball.
And maybe it's just a fun fact type character sheet, where it is not meant to be referenced exactly, but just for a viewer's info.

Anyway yeah it's unclear what your goal is though so I don't know if my post even applies at all

I think you should come up with a goal for this character first. Then the ref sheet follows from that.

picrel is one example of a character sheet (from the designer themself) for Danganronpa. In this case it seems geared toward knowing how the character will look from any angle (or distance) (disregarding expression.)
Therefore it makes perfect sense that the ref sheet includes:
>Front and back view, with a slight angle
>Close up of the face, and close up of profile of face
>Close up of any detailed accessories
>Key colors (top left) which you can use the eyedropper on (if you do digital.)
And I think the large Japanese is just Nekomaru's full name. So not a lot of writing about "who" the character is or what he's like. And I believe the small writing that is there, may describe materials.

It is focused on helping the designer know everything he would need to know when drawing (though in DR they are always in 1 outfit with rare exceptions. And also usually standing facing mostly toward you. So there is less info that the designer needs to include.)

In my case I made the legs a bit longer, and the rib cage a bit wider so it doesn’t look like a tube
Either way, if you want to draw more than simple shapes, the solution is obvious, study more anatomy. Use any picture as a reference and study it in detail

Nope, I just painted the colours I saw in the original flat down onto the image then at the end I put an exclusion layer over it to make it have that green look to it. Gradient maps are fun though
