White hair is too white, needs to be off white. The gold needs more saturation and shading.
Add more gold to other places to make it look like things are an unit.
Hair shape changed to be more appealing and more flowing.
Changed the skirt to be longer and change the red stash to a cape because it makes more sense in the context. Added a tail.

Make things go into each other to make more sense, also weird anatomy on the shoulders ngl.

Though I'll be honest, (and I'm willing to hear that I'm stupid) I think I disagree with some of the suggestions there, mostly the hair and cape. I just like purer white hair as a stylistic choice on non-white characters. Maybe a slight grey but I do like a more purer white hair color. It is a muh style aspect I will stand by.
And as someone that isn't fashion conscious, I don't think I really agree with the cape especially with a dress, I always feel capes work better with more static outfits since it adds a dynamic flow to something that's more stable. I can only think of longer capes like this working on a dress if it followed a more veil like style (like a wedding dress, but that gives a much more formal/celebratory vibe), I think the shapes flowing together is actually an overall detriment.
Or alternatively keeping the cape, I tried cutting the dress down much shorter to add more contrast with the cape which at least me looking at it seems to work better imo.

Gold I definitely agree on, I think the band on the wrist kills some of the flow of the looser sleeves though so just as a bad example I swapped it out with some gold embroidery around the sleeves and ends of the dress. Could have added some to the cape edges as well but I don't really know how to draw it quickly.

Overall thanks for the extra input and the redraw is extremely cute, its very appreciated, and if anything I said is notably wrong feel free to chime back in! I'll try to draw your OCs soon.

I didn't disagree, but it was also a more casual outfit and not a formal gown if that's what you're referring to.
In which case I'd still say this gives off the wrong vibe since those type capes tend to be more veil like rather than a thick solid cape which did not mesh well with the longer dress.

I like the redesigns but that doesn't mean I can't also add my own critiques to them if I feel certain parts are lacking or trending in the wrong direction.

As the name says,she’s now a Pirate Ghost who haunts and explore the ocean with her (Also dead/ghosts) crew.

Before her death,she was a privateer for a man called “Edward”,which she thinks is the cause of her death,they were a lot affectionate together,always working together with privateer stuff and etc…
But now,she fears him,she gets butterflies in her stomach as soon as she tries to remember him,even if still unsure about his actions.

Well,Ailin is a crocodile who once found Captain just chillin in a swamp (Formerly,his home) then he kind of had a fight with her,but some time later,they made a deal,he saying that he would help her crew if they helped Ailin find one very precious clock. (The clock his mother built,she’s dead.)

Ailin and Captain then became friends,Ailin kind of tolerating captain's nonsense and she just teasing him and talking about her stories.

Edward,however...was a Ruler and soon a Pirate, he died well after Captain Ghost,he always felt in love with her,but she never really understood lfmao

He was a kind man when a ruler, and became increasingly cruel when he became a pirate,as many of his "friends" betrayed him, and the Captain's death made him even more stressed.
He then died,with his head being cut in a battle-

He and the Captain were a great crew together,but they broke up after the death of each of the members...
As example,half stayed with Edward,because they died later,alongside with him.
And half stayed with the Captain,because they died after being accused/Edward's buddies killed them for not helping him.


The Mermaid,well…she was saved from the Black Market by the Captain. (This is,after her death, along with Ailin)
Captain was going to pretend to sell Ailin in a plan and so she saved Marine from a pirate who had kidnapped her,later,the Captain let her be free, since she couldn't have a mermaid on a ship.

Marine therefore had nowhere else to go,and so frequently follows the ship and visits the Captain and her crew.
She was,before going to the Black Market,part of a group of other mermaids,they were all carnivores, and loved stories about humans,they were always curious.
