They're all suited for artists at different levels, just like books.
A beginner like you will have an easier time with Jack Hamm than Loomis, and Bridgeman is even harder than Loomis.

It's fine, the most value I get from his anatomy course are the 3D models, his lessons are just okay. When studying anatomy, you should always have about 3-4 resources around, never commit to a single source because they'll inevitably leave out something the other ones fills in.

I don't want to copy a billion links of online-course club and solve a billion captchas every 5 minutes. That head course of Charles Hu and Chris Legaspi will also be good.

I want to start learning the Reilly method, should I start with Mark Westermoe, the Watts Atelier program, or watch the youtube tutorials of Bradwynn Jones and Salem Shanouha? Did I miss any other important source on the subject?

I've watched all (charcoal/graphite) Watts Atelier videos, studied from them and it certainly made me a better traditional artist. It's pretty big though so you'll have to take your time to digest it all, especially since all teachers have their own quirks and way of going about it, some you'll like better than others.

From a quick Googling:
Mark Westermoe seems solid and legit.
Bradwynn Jones seems pretty alright. Looks like a high-tier student, is the feel I'm getting.
Salem Shanouha seems to be the weakest skill/appeal-wise.

So in short you can't go wrong with any of the top 3. Imo you'd be fine trying Brad first since he seems to break things down well, so it'd give you a good introduction to the method. Then once you've got a decent grip on it, I'd recommend diving through the Watts Atelier, especially to see how Watts execute things himself, since he's not as systematic and you could say there's more nuances to get from him.

Also I'd like to point out that you don't have to be so rigid about the material you're using. You don't have to get Conté of Wolff pencils, nor you have to get big sheets to work on. You can do everything with graphite pencils on A4 print paper (so long as it's smooth) if you'd like, it won't cause any issues (I've tried all different ways).
Of course Watts will tell you to buy all these stuff so you get to have the same materials they have over there at the Atelier, but the truth is even he himself later down the road tells you that it doesn't matter and you can use whatever you want to use.
What matters is understanding the concepts and fundamentals you're taught, and all of these can be done by sharpening and using a graphite pencil the same way you'd do so with a bigger charcoal/carbon pencil. Or digital even.
