Nope. A piece of paper and your own mind is the best place to learn drawing. And a lot of time and patience.

/ic/ is very good with the red lines and has tons of material. I would say, if you stick to the general threads materials and guides, and go with your own rhythm of learning, /ic/ can be very helpful. You can then go to the corresponding general thread to ask feedback on your work.

If put the effort and then ask for feedback in your struggles, you will be rewarded with helpful insights and red lines (Do not be deluded though, they still think you are shit and NGMI, but you at least actually tried which they find worth of a meaningful feedback).

If you are lazy and do not put in the effort or try to interact in boards outside the generals, /ic/ will eat you.
