In the shortest possible way I can tell his story, he goes from a good kid, to an orphan with a criminal father, to a vessel of revenge powered by the soul of an angry queen, to a complete sociopath that somehow muddied "get revenge on your dad" into "destroy his entire bloodline by killing his bastard children" and then not even achieving that goal in the end as he dies young.

Shapeshifter-mutant is the more accurate term anyhow-- he was originally a normal guy with latent quantum particles in his blood that, upon activation, induce mutation.

And he ended up getting more than he bargained for with a power that he can't control all-that-well... mostly since he was in a fragile state-of-mind during the time of the procedure, which caused him to gain a more-powerful mutation as a result.

this is my weather elemental OC. I call her "Blue" as a placeholder, but I don't want that to be her final name.
She has all control over any kind of weather and is immortal, has existed for hundreds of years, and she's also the main antagonist of my story.

He had ESP as a child, but lost it during some MK-Ultra-like experiments. They didn't seem particularly traumatic at the time, but he has lost his ESP since and feels that emptiness or gap ever since it was taken away from him.

He's very withdrawn and spends most of his time reading books, seeking forbidden knowledge on the dark web (I know it's a meme, but it's in more of a cyberpunk setting), doing parkour, and observing people from hiding spots. Hiding and parkour are about the only things he's good at, but is reasonably tech-savvy.

He's also not amazing in a fight, but his strength lies in setting up traps and stealthy takedowns. His weapon is a pair of brass knuckles if he does need to fight.

He basically just wants answers as to what the nature of his powers were when he was a kid, why they were taken, what impact it has on the country, etc. and infiltrates CIA facilities for this knowledge (and maybe some cool gear). The further he digs, the more dangerous it becomes. But what does he have to lose?
