Now I'm getting a lot of messages from coomers (like this guy from Dubai who thinks I'm a woman) who want me to draw more "extreme" muscle girls (for free, of course) or are even asking me to RP/chat. How to you filter the weirdos to focus on the actual potential customers?

Just state your prices and leave it at that. I'm friends with some people who've commissioned me, but generally they're artists themselves. A lot of people who want to be friends with artists are just trying to use it as leverage for free art - I've definitely been given a sob story as some weird way of trying to get free drawings.

Just have a generic message that you use to reply to everyone, eg

It's not surefire, but I've been taking porn commissions for years and never had a problem. I guess somebody could report you, but I don't know how likely it is that PayPal would rely on private messages and/or emails to shut down somebody's account (and if somebody actually completed a transaction as a basis for reporting, their account would presumably be terminated as well).
