The purpose of a slam pig is quick and dirty sexual gratification out of sheer necessity. Nothing about drawing is ‘quick’. Another aspect of the slampig is that they’re notably unattractive, average and overweight, which does not lend itself to being the subject of art.

I fail to understand why you wish to dedicate your valuable time to portraying slampigs of all things. Why not beautiful women or cool machines or telling stories?

please stop doing this—I don't know why undersized heads are so popular with artists who draw this body type because it's not as if your head shrinks when your body gets heavier. Microcephaly is not a marker of "fertility." The most important things to remember are where the clavicle/shoulders, ribcage, and hips have ended up, because they're all covered now with fat but still determine where masses like the breasts, belly, thighs are going to sit. And knowing where those are will help keep the head proportionate when you are sketching; not knowing I assume is why it shrinks more often than not with these artists.

If you want to talk about what is real or not; the size of the head goes mostly unchanged throughout a person's life.
