was on here a couple months ago doing a request thread, opened my eyes and went on a path of art discovery (aka did studies and more tutorials and new techniques)

just want some critique/advice on this drawing. thank you.

It looks pretty cool, though I don't know if you were going for arms or legs that had hands for feet.

The main issue I see with it is with composition. While the color scheme is balanced well and appealing the overall image is flat and dull. You'll want to study how other artists compose a piece and also work on gesture practice to make more dynamic poses.

Arms/Legs too thick, flowers too dark (look up chamomiles), horizon line serves no purpose might as well remove it, face of the monster is looking nowhere, no feelings/soul

honestly thats a running theme in my work, im trying to work on more interesting compositions. do you have any artist reccomendations to study for composition?
