It’s possible to automatically detect if art is made by man or machine, and at a high rate of accuracy. Same for deepfakes and such. If it does start fooling enough retards I’d imagine that AI made stuff like art and deepfakes will automatically be labled as such, not because governments/techjews care about artists but because le fake news.
