Copy the entirety of bridgeman's complete guide to drawing from life, cover to cover, twice. After each drawing from the book, You must try to redraw it from memory. Make a note of where you went wrong. Do this, and you will be talented. If you don't vibe with bridgeman, Gottfried Bammes complete guide is also sufficient. Do both books for even more talent.

Stop the grind for grind's sake and concentrate on setting yourself art goals. Either something like a comic or on smaller scales finished drawings/paintings. Start planning out thumbnails, study the pieces of background, clothing etc. you need for your stuff and then put it all together. You will improve tenfold if you're doing that.

Thank you for your input, I've heard from some pros that grinding fundies on their own mindlessly isn't as helpful as drawing finished art and sketches specifically for applying fundamentals. Right now I am slowly working on developing the initial visuals and stories for a worldbuilding project. I am actually doing a science-fantasy type of story influenced by 90s CRPGs and JRPGs, oldschool D&D, classic Sci-fi and Fantasy novels (Dune, Dying Earth, Conan The Barbarian, etc.) and a lot of shonen manga from the early 80s to the early 2000s like Fist Of The North Star, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Part 4 is the biggest influence on how the initial story arc of my project is structured like for now), Bastard!!, Shaman King, etc.
I am myself slowly trying to implement more variety in daily life as well, the only thing I need to get rid off is my natural lazyness I had since forever and my internet lurking addiction that's borderline ruining all the time I could spent doing productive things I like.
