I like the composition that you have come up with in this drawing. However, I think that the girl in the background on the left is positioned a bit too far away for her partners. That aloofness suits the demeanor conveyed by her expression and posture, but it's harder for the viewer to appreciate the details when she is so small in relation to the rest of the picture.

Therefore, my suggestion is that you bring her slightly closer to the other girls, just enough for the viewer to be able to see her face more clearly, without having the need to zoom in on the drawing.

I think the head is fine. Her right eye seems a bit bigger than the left, and her right foot seems to not follow the same angle as the leg, like it's awkwardly twisted inwards.

You need to group your shadow shapes more. If you want to add detail in a light area, you can paint slightly darker, but don't use the values you used in the shadow area. This is key to clarity. If it still doesn't click try cell shading more, without blending.

Good effort but the anatomy is still too janky for a hentai, since it's where anatomy either makes it or breaks it. The torso especially needs attention because the way you're drawing the waist reads like a man's torso as in the angle between the rib muscles and the lower torso is too acute.

There are a few problems imo. I agree with the other anon that her arms look too long (see rightmost).
There's also a balance issue, but I don't think it's the torso and legs.
While she would be unbalanced on this pose, it's a fairly common thing to draw girls in poses like these. I think the issue may be on the arms, it feels like you didn't know what to do with them, or at least with her left arm.
Also the legs are weird. One leg is bent so her left foot is higher than the other, but the perspective makes it seem like it shouldn't.

Yeah, the should makes sense there because she's pulling her arm back. It's not quite top down but the legs make more sense since you can see it's a bed. I forgot the names but the muscles are like this. The top part leading to thumb side starts thick in the middle and the bottom part leading to pinky side is thicker in the middle and thin at the start. The silhouette of the arm doesn't change too much if you rotate the hand although the shape is just more defined if the thumb points inward. I suggest using multiple references if none quite match what you want to do otherwise you might as well be drawing from imagination.

I want to get more serious about drawing. I've improved a lot in 3 years, even though I only draw occasionally, and I use a mouse and a pirated version of Photoshop from like 2015.

i wanted to do a background but just gave up, since rendering took too long, overall this took like 5 hours.

I wouldn't make the legs bend to 90°, to me that looks uncomfortable. I would rather do something like picrel.
As for the background, not sure how you went with it, but as for me every time I try to draw a girl and then give it a background, I end up giving up. Basically, if I'm gonna draw a full pic with bg I have to be decided about it from the beginning, otherwise it'll always look off.
