Some parts of it maybe. Taking a living artists work and feeding it to an AI to make derivatives should be, especially as it gets better at it over the years. I would consider it a type of identity theft. A new type of harassment. I imagine there will be suicides when someone trains AI on an unstable artists work, and sends the artist a link to thousands of images in their style, depicting illegal things.
